Based in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area, in the city of Lanham, Maryland, for more than 25 years, JUSTKING has been instrumental in innovative approaches to redesigning, remodeling and renovating of popular landmark destinations of choice for business, shopping, dining, entertainment, sports and culture, locally and internationally.
Recognized as an institution in Washington D.C.'s revitalization, JUSTKING is celebrated for providing on-going, strategic foresight to benefit the future of every city it serves starting with the United States nation's capital. Justin Nwabuisi, the company’s Chairman stated: “There is always going to be new innovative methods to how we redesign our evolving communities for its residents and tenants. We are is poised for continued urban repositioning and development and the company is targeting residential and transit-oriented mixed-use development projects to further elevate any community's status as a true destination city.” Current projects include hospitality restaurant chains, medical facilities, destination resorts and commercial food and beverage facilities.
